以前まで使用できていたのに急に起動に失敗するようになってしまいました。以下のようなエラーコードがでました。

Ensure that license server is started. Make sure you can ping to

ほかの方のライセンスエラーの質問にあった、時間がずれていないか。ファイアウォールが有効になっていないかといった事項を試してみたのですが、時間のズレを直しても、ファイアウォールを無効にしてもエラーコード15のままでした。windowsなので、linuxでの解説を読んでもピンときません。初歩的な質問ですがどなたかご教授お願いいたします。
