以前まで使用できていたのに急に起動に失敗するようになってしまいました。以下のようなエラーコードがでました。

ほかの方のライセンスエラーの質問にあった、時間がずれていないか。ファイアウォールが有効になっていないかといった事項を試してみたのですが、時間のズレを直しても、ファイアウォールを無効にしてもエラーコード15のままでした。windowsなので、linuxでの解説を読んでもピンときません。初歩的な質問ですがどなたかご教授お願いいたします。

すぐに思いついたことを列挙してみます。

・クライアントからサーバにpingは通りますか？
・サーバ側で、lmgrd等ライセンスプログラムが稼働していますか？
・FWの状態はクライアント/サーバ双方で確認しましたか？
・ライセンスサーバの上でQualNetを起動するとどうなりますか？
・ちなみにライセンスサーバもWindowsですか？

投稿者です。どうやらサーバー側でlmgrdが稼動してなかったようです。
